1. Who we are
RYVIO ("we", "us") operates this website to inform you about the upcoming RYVIO app and to manage our launch waitlist. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@ryvio.fit.
2. What we collect
Waitlist: your name and email address, with a timestamp. Contact form: your name, email address and message. Analytics: anonymous usage data (pages visited, clicks, scroll depth) — only after you accept cookies.
3. Why we collect it (legal basis)
Waitlist and contact data are processed based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) to send you launch updates and respond to your messages. Analytics data is processed based on your consent given via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Where your data lives
Form data is stored in Supabase (hosted in the EU where configured). The website is hosted on Vercel. We do not sell your data and never share it with third parties for marketing.
5. How long we keep it
Waitlist data is kept until the app launches and you either create an account or unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data, and you can object to processing. Email hello@ryvio.fit and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Norway: Datatilsynet).
7. Cookies
We only set analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 and PostHog) after you click "Accept" in the consent banner. Declining keeps the site fully functional with no tracking.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as RYVIO evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
